1. Business Development 2. Managing RMC Sales 3. Commercial and credit control
The incumbent will be responsible for business development & Ready Mix Concrete & blocks sales in Pune region and shall report to the Pune Sales Head. The primary responsibilities include the following: - 1. Prepare marketing & sales plan for the region and achieve projected sales of RMC & blocks. 2. Identify new clients and business opportunities. 3. Provide technical information to customers. 4. Managing Contracts with customers and Pricing of RMC & blocks in line with changing costs and market to exceed the planned margins. 5. Monitor equipment utilization and cost productivity parameters to optimize semi-variable/fixed cost. 6. Managing after sales services such as invoicing, cube reports, cheque collections, etc. 7. Implement Credit Policy and control the outstanding below the limits set. 8. Exploring new markets in the region and prepare to the business proposals. 9. Provide Market intelligence reports to the Business Heads and other teams. 10. Ensuring compliance with all the systems including managing the data, systems, and documentation/ records. The incumbent shall be required to spend over 40% of time in the field.
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing OR Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred Qualification: -
Essential Experience: 3 years for Graduate with MBA; 5 years for Degree in Civil Engineering; 7 years for Diploma in Civil Engineering
