Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Managing revenue deferment IND AS 115, Debtors Provision & ECL (Expected Credit Loss) working (IND AS 109)
2. Reconciliation for RDD (Reserve for doubtful debts) and Revenue Deferment
3. Preparation and updation of Debtors Policy & Debtors Summary for Working Capital Borrowing
4. Year End Balance Confirmation from customers
5. Automation initiatives like making Macros and enhancing efficiency.
6. Satellite System Development (from requirement stage till testing)
7. Preparation and Updation of HRIS (Satellite system) Manual
8. Ensuring document verification
9. PAN India Month End Closure in HRIS and batch closure in LN
10. Segment Balancing JV (Journal Voucher) for Cash accounting
11. Updation and maintenance of HRIS masters in EXCEL
12. PAN India reconciliations for IOU and ERA rejection
13. Addressing and supporting cashier queries
14. ITR Reconciliations and Data Analytics (including identifying irregularities)
15. Advance Payment Summary and Data Analytics
16. Verification of Treasury Workflow
17. Providing supplier payment summary as required by Legal Team
18. Intercompany reconciliation
19. International VAT refund from cashback agent:
Planning the Audit
Claiming Refund
Documentation formalities to claim VAT refund in another country
Ensuring the VAT refund is credited and the commission bill is duly processed
20. Stationary Stores Entry for charging of stationary stock to PL.
21. DCF (Discount cashflow) Calculation for NPV of capital Assets
22. Supporting in IND AS implementation of fixed assets schedule and investment property schedule.
23. Supporting fixed assets schedule as per Income Tax Act.
24. Monitoring and reviewing Capex Ageing to highlight concerns to business units.
25. Implementing change in accounting policy for tools capitalized in previous years
26. Fixed Asset MIS
27. Fixed Asset schedule for NSS
28. Fixed Asset Reconciliation


Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant
